Lately i’ve been sitting infront of my laptop for waaaay too much. I didn’t realise it before, but sitting so much, is hurting your whole body SO MUCH.


It shorten your muscles and making it more stiff than ever. So, to the rescue, comes the heart opening and all-round feel good flow yoga!


It’s very energizing and the shoulder and spine is happy again 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️
