Yoga mad again 😮
My spinal cord needed a relaxation and my mind some inner peace 💛
Time for the shoulderstand Sarvangasana and plow pose Halasana !
I love the feeling when I lift up my body in the shoulderstand and finally my feet reach the ground into the plow…..💕
For me this position is extremely comfortable and relaxing…..
I feel at home in my body 🧘♀️💫
And before I forget!!!!!! I still have to learn so much and I am happy to be on the mat again after a terrible arm fracture, that’s why I am glad about any comments and advice from all the much much better yogis and yoginis out there🌸
Of course I appreciate also comments from all the other beautiful people here !
