Changing your practice environment has a direct impact on your practice, at least this is a truth for me 🧘🏻‍♀️ Living on a high-rise building, while practicing being upside down, plus looking outside the window… 🙃 it’s different than before, when I only do practice inversion in the room and away from the window. But sometimes changing little things can have different effect, not too little, not too big, it’s just the right amount. And hopefully, by doing little changes, you can grow a little bit too 🌾🌾🌾 Then I can notice things too. I notice that somehow i’m a bit more scared being upside down.
