Feeling pretty meh today, decided to take it easy during #pigeonpose 💭 I find it so easy to fall into the trap of being hard on myself when practise hasn’t gone quite how I wanted. I have to remind myself that this type of thought actually defeats the objective of what yoga is all about! . .
